This is also thanks to more projects both for local and multi-national companies which carry Happyland DC’s brand name out to the market.
Estimations show a 100% increase in sales volume up to 80 billion VND comparing to previous year.

We have successfully handed over more than 300 projects of which 160 are turn-key projects including both design and construction.
Key projects include: Ananda Mixed Use, Phuc Trach Apartment building, Electrolux Vietnam Ltd headquarter, Millward Brown office, General Electric office in Hai Phong.
